I photograph a small number of weddings so I can concentrate on getting to know you and your wedding plans. It’s a joy to share your excitement in the build up to the big day, from all the planning that goes into the details to the importance of your guests experience on the day.
I strive to take pictures that will forever remind you of your wedding day, whether that’s the father of the bride barely holding back the tears, a close friend enjoying your delicious wedding breakfast, a lovingly crafted favour or a red-faced groom during the best man’s speech!
My aim is not only to capture the images of your wedding, but to bring back the memories and emotions through the photographs of the day. I love taking beautiful pictures for couples – pictures they can be proud of and their family and friends can enjoy forever. My style focuses on relaxed and candid photos that capture the sentiments and excitement of the day. I am unintrusive and I want you and your guests to be as comfortable as possible so you barely notice I’m there. At the end of the day, you want everyone to have a good time!
After the last glass of champagne has been drunk, the last speech has been given and the last dance has been danced, your wedding photos will remain to remind you of the phenomenal and unique event that you held to celebrate your love for one another. Your wedding photos will be one of the few reminders you will have to show your kids what a wonderfully vibrant celebration was held in your honour.

‘WOW! Where to start when talking about Tanya! For me, the photographer is one of the most important elements to the entire wedding day. This is what our future children and grandchildren will look at to get an insight to one of the most important days of our lives, not to mention those loved ones that couldn’t make the day itself. Also, memories fade, where as our wedding photos will take us back to that day, every time we look at them.
Tanya is so open and warm and I felt that she really wanted to get to know us as individuals as well as a couple. She wanted to know what we liked and didn’t like when it came to a style, whilst also bringing her own suggestions, but never in a pushy or overbearing way. On the walk-throughs of both of our venues, she was insightful and even picked out interesting features or backdrops that we had previously overlooked. Its clear she loves her job and has a great eye.
On the day itself, Tanya was a dream! She managed to be everywhere whilst remaining in the background, but always on hand the entire day. All weddings are unique and individual to each couple. As such, my pricing is completely bespoke to your day. I can offer you a full day of photography from bridal preparations to the first dance. Prices start at £195 for a small one hour ceremony. Please get in touch to discuss your needs and I can provide a bespoke quote.
ALBUMS + FINE ART
Images will be made available in a private online gallery for you to share with family and friends. Digital images will be provided on a USB stick and I can assist you with bespoke artwork. I also offer wedding album design and realisation.

How would you best describe your style?
My style is natural, relaxed and genuine. I want to tell the story of your day, in as much detail as possible as it unfolds. I always aim to be discreet which helps to capture the heartfelt love and joy of you and your guests. I want to evoke the emotions of the day, not just how things looked, and I want to bring those feelings back when you look at your images in years to come. Your photos are an investment that will help your memories last a lifetime.
What sort of weddings do you cover?
Anything from a small registry office ceremony to a full day at several locations. No matter the size or location of a wedding, they are all full of love and emotion and that’s what I want to capture for you.
It’s our big day, how do you ensure its fully captured?
I will always have a pre wedding consultation with you, ideally at the venue to discuss the timings of the day, photo opportunities and to get to know you better so you feel comfortable and relaxed with me. I also just really want to hear ALL about your plans! Once we know the order of the day I write a schedule of the day with timings and what photos I am aiming to capture, and with my experience photographing weddings I can advise you on how long certain shots will take (like getting in your dress early for a bridal portrait or taking some time out during your reception for some couple photos).
Do you take group shots?
Yes, but I advise you cap these at about 10 as they take longer than you think, and ultimately, you want to enjoy your day with guests, not be stuck with me directing you about!
How long will it take to get my photos?
All your images will be carefully edited by me within 6 to 8 weeks of your wedding. Your online gallery is password protected for you to share with family and friends.
