MEET
THE PHOTOGRAPHER
A VERY WARM
WELCOME
I’m a forty-something year old Mum (to two scrumptious boys!) living in Aston Clinton with my husband Jim who I met at university when I was still a teen (just)! We survived a year of me studying abroad in Pisa (I am obsessed with Italy) and I went on to do a Masters in Art History at the Courtauld Institute of Art.
I was never far from a camera, but academically, my creative side was never fulfilled.
In 2011, Jim and I were able to take a career break to travel, and in that time I was surgically attached to my camera, visiting 15 countries in 7 months, I took 1000’s of photos! Having always enjoyed photography, the photos I took on that trip gave me the confidence to pursue it as a career, and when I returned to the UK it seemed like the perfect opportunity to embrace my passion for my hobby professionally.
In 2012 I took a Diploma in Wedding Photography with Barrett & Coe, a nationwide exemplar of quality in photography, and achieved a Grade 1. The Barrett & Coe Diploma is recognised by the Master Photographers Association.
I have been photographing weddings and families since then, but it wasn’t until 2020 when my youngest was one, that I finally gave up the day job in London and embraced photography full time.
So, if you’re planning a Wedding or Christening, want some family photos, or to update your business headshots, please feel free to call me for a chat about what I can provide.
I’m passionate about capturing what is unique and joyful about you and I can’t wait to get to know you!

Pitstone Family Photo Shoot
Pitstone Windmill is pretty iconic in the local Bucks and Herts area, and when a local family wanted a photo shoot there, I jumped at the chance. I've taken photos here before, but with the windmill as my subject matter rather than a family. This was a returning...
Lily and the Family
I often get requests to include the family dog in photo shoots, but this was a first - being asked to include the family VW van! We had the most beautiful and warm autumnal day and Lily (the van!) looked perfect amongst the Ashridge countryside. However, it wasn't all...
