When your cousin is also your bestie šŸ’œ This was m When your cousin is also your bestie šŸ’œ This was my third year photographing these two together and they get cuter every time! I love seeing how theyā€™ve grown each year! See you again next year lads?!
ā¤ļø I did a thing Iā€™m pretty proud of... Itā€™s bee ā¤ļø I did a thing Iā€™m pretty proud of... Itā€™s been so wonderful editing some of the photos from the retreat I hosted in Spain last month - I get to relive it all again. Itā€™s been 3 weeks since everyone arrived in Spain for the weekend of dreams and I figured itā€™s time to share a few reflectionsā€¦ āœØ It was one of those weekends thatā€™s so hard to put into words, because it was all about how it made you FEEL. Iā€™m so grateful to the women who came and embraced every moment - they were vulnerable and shared with genuine raw honesty. It was a privilege to witness their growth over the weekend and the best thing is, I know itā€™s just the beginning for them. Iā€™m so proud of them all for investing in themselves. Life in midlife is so insanely busy and messy and I know they all needed that time to properly relax - they could be selfish and they loved not having to think about where to be when and no cooking or cleaning to do! The retreat was based around confidence and visibility, but it went so much deeper thanks to workshops from my amazing co-host @gemmaleaedelman who also did lots behind the scenes in Spain (I couldnā€™t have done it without her). One of things that really struck me during the workshops was how everyone really listened to each other with love and empathy. It was so powerful to watch. I felt honoured to be part of the journey and create a safe space for everyone, where they could really relax and give themselves the self love they deserve. I hope everyone continues to work on themselves and grow for the better, because they more than deserve it. Massive shout out to Lisa @finca_mojito_rural_retreat who looked after us at the villa, keeping us perfectly nourished - you were a dream and the food was definitely a highlight! And to the relaxing yoga and sound bath sessions that were the perfect start to the day šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø We already have plans for next year, and itā€™s going to be even better (if thatā€™s possible!)
