The best company as always, gorgeous weather and a cheeky drink with my Aston Clinton work crew to finish off the day! Can’t wait to edit these images and share more 📸

📍Berkhamsted

Berko is one of my favourite local locations to photograph. Apart from being the town where I grew up and welcomed my first baby boy, it has such a variety of gorgeous backdrops.

This is why I love it for Capture and Connect, my group photo sessions.

Hang out with some like minded women, wander the pretty streets, get some banging fresh headshots and then we have our choice of independent coffee shops to choose from for even more of a natter afterwards. Such a great way to spend a morning!

I was so happy to capture this little moment, that was entirely natural - I was photographing other members of family and when I turned around this is what I saw 😍

What mum wouldn’t love this photo of herself with her boy?

Consistency can look different for everyone – you

Consistency can look different for everyone – you need to set your goals and then stick to them. This doesn’t have to mean doing something everyday!

For me, in business, this looks like a monthly newsletter, posting on my Instagram 3 times a week and daily on my stories (except at the weekend). It means posting on LinkedIn twice a week and showing up in person at networking events as much as my diary allows.

What does consistency look like for you?

Keep showing up and you will be rewarded.

I’m a firm believer in the ‘long game’.

No quick fixes.

Do things well, give people a good experience and they will return and they will tell their friends.

Be memorable.

🧘‍♀️ It’s taken me over a year of regular workouts (3ish a week), a weekly yoga class and stretching inbetween to get down to touch the floor in this stretch. I still can’t do it on the other side, but I will!

Congratulating Leonora, my wonderful client who has just launched her first book, ‘I’m Fine’ 📖

It’s full of real stories from motherhood - the funny and the hard, and the emotional learning that came with them.
